“She really cares for her patients and it shows.”

-J.F. | NJ

“I first met Susanna sometime in 2016, a very soothing and gentle soul. She is passionate about her work and cares for her patients. She takes time to listen to you, to try and understand how best she can ease your pain. I had a wonderful, soothing experience under her care. I have issues with my back, discomfort in the lower abdomen, but under her treatment I felt much better. If her offices were close to my job, I would

“I have personally been struggling and dealing with many aspects of my body that make me very tired and worn out easily. Dr. Susanna is a practitioner that strives to see you progress in your personal health and well-being. I know when I felt I couldn’t turn to traditional medicine, Dr. Susanna’s practice became a source of strength. If you’re considering acupuncture, I strongly recommend Bridge Acupuncture.” -Rosalia

I’ve been going to Susanna for two weeks, due to neurological issues resulting from a stroke. My previous acupuncturist achieved zero results. When Susanna works with me , I can feel the nerves in the impacted area come back to life. I have noticed some change in my range of motion , and can only postulate that things will continue to progress even more moving forward. I should add that Susanna also provides life enhancing advice.

Understanding the Differences Between Dry Needling and Acupuncture

When most people hear the term “acupuncture” they think of needles being inserted into the skin. The term dry needling is often brought up for people suffering from pain as well and it also includes needles being inserted into the skin. But for the most part, that’s where the similarities end. Everything from their origins and benefits to how many needles and how long a session might take is different. Let’s take a deep dive into both.

A Helpful Primer on Acupuncture Needles

Just how many types are there and what do they all do?

If you’ve ever thought about trying acupuncture, you might find yourself with an equal mix of curiosity and trepidation. What is this “ancient medicine?” How does it work?
