Testimonials
I started going to Dr Park a little over a month ago but I felt the difference from the first session! I was looking for some relief after years of chronic stress and I couldn’t tell if my body was just breaking down from that or I was going into perimenopause. I was dealing with weight and hormones and stress and pain. It was effecting my work. After my first session, my nerves were able to relax after years and... Read more »
I went to Dr. Park for help with managing my COPD symptoms, which had worsened over the winter. I found her to be patient and informative. She conducted an extensive onboarding process, taking the time to fully understand my individual health profile and unique situation. During our sessions, she explained how the emotional and physical aspects of health are deeply connected, and how everything works together to create either balance or imbalance. After just a few sessions, I felt an... Read more »
Dr. Park is very present for every appointment. She is thorough with asking questions, checking the tongue and pulse and I feel witnessed. My intention for seeking help initially was for hormone balancing (had symptoms of perimenopause), major fatigue, and brain fog. Half way through my package (20 sessions) I started to feel more energy and less brain fog. I could tell my hormones are shifting too because I don’t have intense cravings as I used to. My weight is... Read more »
I have been seeing Dr. Park for almost three weeks, and it has made a world of difference. Not only are the treatments working, but the office is clean and welcoming, and Dr. Park is amazing. She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Price assessment Reasonable price – E.M. (Google Review)
I started developing wrist pain/arthritis/carpal tunnel on my right hand because I play online poker for a living, so I was looking for alternative medicine to help me. Doing some research, it looked like Dr. Park would be the right fit with modern techniques. Her clinic is close by in Fort Lee, and has a parking lot which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

After my initial visit, I was a bit skeptical as to how much

Can Acupuncture Bring Relief Between Multiple Sclerosis Relapses?

A diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) can change life in an instant. One minute you’re seemingly fine and the next you find yourself in a neurologist’s office. Symptoms can creep in over a few months. Symptoms like tingling in the hands, unexplained fatigue that sleep doesn’t fix, and moments where your legs feel like they don’t belong to you.

MS is a chronic neurological condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the protective covering of nerves, disrupting communication between

Acupuncture for Stress and Anxiety: A Research-Backed Guide to How and Why It Works

Stress and anxiety have become defining health concerns of modern life. Fast communication, demanding schedules, and constant stimulation keep many people in a near-continuous “fight-or-flight” state. Over time this activation can disrupt sleep, digestion, mood, immune function, and cardiovascular health.

While conventional treatments such as psychotherapy and medication can be highly effective, many individuals seek complementary approaches that regulate the body rather than simply suppress symptoms. One of the most studied integrative options is acupuncture, a traditional East Asian

How an Ancient Therapy Supports Modern Reproductive Health

Infertility affects millions of couples worldwide, and for many, the journey to conception involves more than medical testing and assisted reproductive technologies (ART) like IVF. Increasingly, patients and clinicians are exploring integrative care, combining conventional medicine with evidence-informed complementary therapies. Among the most studied of these is acupuncture, a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practiced for more than 2,000 years.

Today, acupuncture is not viewed simply as an “alternative” therapy, but as a supportive physiological intervention that may
